1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rs8888" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting service available at rs8888.bet and any associated mobile interface, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support services offered therein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on rs8888 through which they access betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for or uses an rs8888 Account.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money participation in any game or sports betting market offered by rs8888.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account by rs8888.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which rs8888 transacts with Pakistani Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by rs8888 before processing withdrawal requests or in response to regulatory obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which rs8888 does not permit account registration or access, as updated from time to time at rs8888's sole discretion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rs8888, registering an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and rs8888.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the rs8888 platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of rs8888 following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an rs8888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rs8888 strictly prohibits access to or participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register Accounts on rs8888.
• You must not be accessing rs8888 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of rs8888 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of rs8888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by rs8888 or any gambling regulatory authority to which rs8888 is subject.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one Account on rs8888. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your rs8888 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of these details change.

rs8888 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve any Account registration without providing a reason. Provisional Accounts may be subject to deposit and withdrawal restrictions pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your rs8888 Account, including any Wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• You must not share your rs8888 login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify rs8888 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• rs8888 reserves the right to require additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal from your Account, regardless of whether a prior KYC check has been completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

rs8888 processes all Player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. rs8888 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits to your rs8888 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. rs8888 will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. rs8888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your Account have been fully satisfied.
• rs8888 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your Account where required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Any transaction fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your sole responsibility. rs8888 does not absorb third-party transaction charges.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more — may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Account settings. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon verified request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rs8888 offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all rs8888 promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• rs8888 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already accepted by Players under the terms then in effect.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of duplicate Accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Wagers placed using Bonus Funds on games excluded from wagering requirement contribution will not count toward satisfying any wagering requirement. Excluded game categories are listed within each offer's specific terms.
• rs8888 reserves the right to void any Wager and forfeit any associated winnings where rs8888 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion between Players, or exploitation of any error in the Platform's calculation of Bonus Fund balances.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not satisfied within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from your Account without compensation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and Wagers placed on rs8888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In all cases, rs8888's determination of the outcome of any bet or Wager is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described below.

With respect to sports betting on rs8888, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets:

• rs8888 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official start time of an event where the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or where the odds were clearly erroneous.
• In-play bets accepted on rs8888 are subject to a short acceptance delay. rs8888 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was known or reasonably determinable at the time the bet was placed.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, rs8888's sports betting rules — as published in the Platform — will govern the settlement of affected bets. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance.
• rs8888 sets and adjusts betting limits for individual markets at its sole discretion. Placing bets in excess of stated maximum limits, or splitting single bets across multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, is prohibited.

With respect to casino and live dealer games on rs8888:

• All casino games offered on rs8888 are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or real-time live dealer streams from licensed studios. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the Player's stake returned. rs8888 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions caused by factors beyond rs8888's reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rs8888 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration or KYC verification.
• Using rs8888 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with events offered for betting on rs8888.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with rs8888 in a manner not permitted by these Terms & Conditions.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the rs8888 Platform — including software errors, incorrect odds, or erroneous bonus credits — for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or reasonably identifiable Platform error will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, rs8888 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on rs8888.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to genuine rs8888 gaming losses. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as a debt owed to rs8888 and may be referred to a debt recovery process.
• Accessing rs8888 using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to conceal your geographic location or circumvent jurisdiction-based access restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rs8888 Platform — including but not limited to the rs8888 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of rs8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rs8888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any rs8888 content without prior written consent from rs8888.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any rs8888 software.
• Use any rs8888 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an affiliation with rs8888 without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the rs8888 Platform using automated tools.

10 Privacy & Data

rs8888 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at rs8888.bet/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on rs8888, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, rs8888 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, personalisation of the gaming experience, and the improvement of Platform services. rs8888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with your use of the rs8888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of rs8888 services.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on rs8888, including but not limited to odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where rs8888 has provided reasonable security infrastructure and you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from events beyond rs8888's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, acts of God, or regulatory interventions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit rs8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In all other cases, rs8888's aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

rs8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. rs8888 strongly encourages all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment only, and never to gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all rs8888 Account holders and can be activated directly from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. rs8888 will display a notification when your session limit is approaching and will end the session upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from rs8888. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

13 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your rs8888 Account at any time by contacting the rs8888 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending.

rs8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• rs8888 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has instructed rs8888 to restrict or close your Account.
• Continuation of your Account would expose rs8888 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where rs8888 closes your Account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, rs8888 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Any balance determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rs8888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rs8888 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the rs8888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using rs8888 and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 above.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence framework under which rs8888 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and rs8888 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting rs8888 customer support. rs8888 will endeavour to address your concern within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Where informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism established by rs8888's licensing authority. The decision of the nominated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties to the extent permitted by law.
